At Juwayrah, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction and take utmost care of your orders. Due to the delicate nature of our perishable products, our return policy is subject to the following strict conditions:

 Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers must inspect and check the product at the very time of delivery in the presence of the courier.

 Eligible Cases for Return: The customer has the right to refuse the product and return it immediately only in the following cases:

 If the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

 If the product does not match the specifications agreed upon at the time of purchase.

 If there is an error in the order (receiving a different product than requested).

 Final Acceptance: Once the customerا accepts the product, takes delivery, and the courier leaves, this is considered a final acknowledgment of the order's safety and accuracy. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this point under any circumstances, as the products are perishable and cannot be resold to ensure safety standards.
